Share your family recipes with everyone
We have always been aware that our version of a recipe is just that—our version. The community always shares so many excellent twists and variations that get lost in the comments sections on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms. In the exclusive members-only discussion thread, created after every new video release, come share your family's version of our recipe, and help us collect them all in one place!

Need help planning a menu for your next house-party? Ask in the forum, and get recommendations from us and a community full of resourceful members!
Monthly group video chats
On the last Sunday of each month, Patrons get on a group call to hang out, ask questions, discuss progress of a shared project, and more!
Get inside news
Since quitting our jobs, Bong Eats occupies our full attention, work-wise. The videos you see are only one part of the many things we do day-to-day. We are often asked to share this kind of info on YouTube, but the truth is, for us, putting half-baked ideas and projects out in the wild, wide world is too much pressure, so we end up not posting anything at all. The intimate space of this community might be just the place to find out what we're working on, before it is publicly announced.
Your support matters
It allows us to continue creating more videos, and make them available for free for everyone, just like we've been doing for the past eight years. We like it best when our videos serve the community at large, and not just sponsors. You can help us sustain this without brand or sponsorship deals.

This isn't for everyone, but…
With Bong Eats adda we are trying to create a quiet corner on the internet for people who love nothing more than cooking and feeding people. The focus is naturally on Bengali and South Asian food, but as anyone who has spent time with food and its history knows, everything in food is interconnected. Nowhere is this more true than in Bengal, the melting point of so many cultures of the world—home to the first "global cuisine", as food historian Pritha Sen puts it. If that sounds like just the place you have been looking for, come help us build this space together. We are just getting started.
